Reiki Session Cancellation Policy

If you’re late for your Reiki session (in person and/or distance appointment)

I will wait for you to arrive, but the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time.

If you need to cancel your Reiki session

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please call me at 845-258-2112 or email marlene@cheers2chapter2.com with your cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments missed or not cancelled within this time frame will be charged in full. Distance Reiki clients may reschedule using the appointment confirmation – reminder/reschedule emails.

Online Shop Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. The item must be in new condition. All sales are final if your item was purchased with a discount code. In the instance of defect (90-day window applies), returns are always accepted.
