I Didn’t Vanish. I Got Clear.

You probably assumed I just… stopped. I didn’t stop. I got specific.

It’s been a while since I posted here — not because I ran out of things to say, but because everything I wanted to say has evolved, just like our lives do.

I went through my own divorce after 34 years of marriage, and it reoriented pretty much everything, including this blog. Read the longer story here

Short version: I became a Certified Divorce Coach, trained in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Not an attorney. Not a therapist. I help people make clear-headed decisions instead of reactive ones, while everything around them seems like it’s on fire.

Result: I built a private coaching practice around one belief — divorce may have changed my life. It didn’t get to decide what my life became. That’s not a slogan. It’s the actual mechanism: you don’t wait until you feel ready. You decide what you want your life (health, finances, attitude, future) to look like. You take the bold actions. And the rest catches up.

Which is why I built REDEFINED.

REDEFINED is an 8-week group coaching program for women who’ve made it through the divorce itself and are done organizing their life around what ended. Eight weeks. Eight questions. Aligned, strategic steps and actions. One redefined life.

Not therapy. Not a support group. Not more processing what already happened. It’s where you decide what happens next, alongside other women doing the same work at the same time. I run it a few times a year, in small cohorts.

If the divorce itself isn’t the hard part anymore — if the hard part now is “who even am I” — this is exactly who it’s for.

Here’s the part nobody puts in a program description: the woman on the other side of this work isn’t just fine. She’s not “doing okay, considering.” She’s magnetic. She books the trip without asking anyone’s permission. She says the thing she used to swallow. She’s not managing her life anymore — she’s building one so good she forgets to check if anyone’s watching.

Some people call that hottest-ex-wife energy. I just call it hers.

Come see details at marlenecaraballo.com, including when the next cohort opens.

I’m still the same person who wrote about visualization and affirmations on this site. I just found out what happens when you point all of that at a woman who’s finally ready to want her life back, not just get through it.

Your marriage ended. Your life is just getting interesting.
